Project Description: The Contractor will prepare a report that summarizes the progress that has been made towards meeting the commitments in the Canada-wide Strategy for the Management of Municipal Wastewater Effluent, as well as the gaps and barriers federal, provincial and territorial governments have faced in meeting the commitments, potential approaches to addressing the gaps and barriers, and emerging issues and opportunities in managing municipal wastewater effluent.
